now showing.

Currently back in hometown,KB. Damn this is my very first time feeling sad leaving my college. So many things to say in a post. Hopefully I won't procrastinate and stick my ass to start blogging again.

Well,so many things to say,to write,to upload. I'm gonna get back to tv awhile. Shall come back here,few hours later. Maybe I will,maybe won't.

India? Tell me more.

Wow,time flies. It has been two years I'm in my college, I would not like to mention my college name to avoid any action to be taken on me. Sincerely,I met tonnes of great friends here and we create some of the world greatest adventures,memories here.

The first time I got into this college,the place is so isolated,I was feeling so desperate and totally devastated when I saw the "greatness" of my college's compound. Things changed,so do people. The way I see,the way I treat people,everyhing is changed. I had proudly sponsored by JPA to pursue my dream. I was given chance to continue my tertiary study in India,an exotic country,in dentistry course. India,what a common name,but what is the first thing appear in your mind when you hear India? Bollywood,a crowded train with people standing on the top,curry,festival,celebration?




These might be pictured in your mind when you thinking about India. 


Yes I wouldn't agree more than India is really a country full of traditional culture,but it is not a lower standard country. What I'm trying to explain was if the country is overpopulated,it is getting tougher to maintain those systems running at certain pace.

I take India as a place for me to face challenges. I do believe when I'm back here again,I will be a different people,turn over a new leaf? Nahh,just that I see more things and I encountered more difficulties than others,that's all. I love to come back here in Malaysia,and tell people that India is such a great place to visit and stay. But the traffic over there is breathtaking,literally. Check out the following video.

Here some wise advice,DO NOT DRIVE IN INDIA. Such a wise one,driving in India is same as commiting suicide in Malaysia.

It's a blog,not a diary.

First,my blog isn't my diary. I would not talk about my personal life that much in my blog. But,it doesn't mean I will never talk about it,maybe once in a while. Blog is more like a place for me to share info,bring out a topic for discussion. And of course,make some cool friends! 

I don't want a stranger pass by me and tell, "hey yo,why you quarrel with your gf? she's such a nice girl." My face will give a what-the-F expression,totally. Serious,my life,is a life which I am the only owner. If you wanna say so much about your love stories,go buy yourself a diary instead of starting a blog. ME do not give a damn about your love story,I had my own,and it is wonderful.

I hope to visit a blog which will give me some really useful info. Where to eat,how to wear,what to listen. I would love to share my own opinioon on some common topic. People perspective usually contradict with one another. Discussion will be a great way to nail the solution.

Music?

Time to talk about some music. For me,I couldn't live without music,literally. Some words are just so hard to just speak out,you need the right melody and rhythm. That's when a song playing such important role. Music enriched my life so much, it's a disaster if a person doesn't like music. He/she has no life! A songg is always more than just a song. More than release tension,a song is another way to express one's feeling. 

Nevertheless,I only choose the right songs.What is a right songs? How you define it? From my point of view,a song suppose to be relaxing,and the lyrics is positive. A nice song shouldn't be urging people to use violence more,to fill his/her world with hatred,or do more sex. Basically,a song which create negative thoughts in one's mind isn't a nice song.

Here something I would really like to talk about. No offence first,blog suppose to be a platform for me to express my mind. Why people love to go for clubbing? Some said it's once in a lifetime experience. I supposed it means we should try it to avoid our life to be dull,or you won't regret when you look back. But seriously,this is not buying me. You never jump off a building,so you wanna try? You never slap your lecturer,wanna try?


Is it a real solution? Permanently? 

What I'm trying to say was,there's always an option. Ya I admit I take alcoholic drink sometimes,but it's really unnecessary to go clubbing too often. Might lead to inappropriate behaviour,reduced judgement,and mental impairment as well. Drinking should be a leisure,but why it turns out to be such an immoral act nowadays? Think twice,avoid alcohol abuse,save your money,and drink responsibly.

Sleep time. part 2.

Pheww, I almost forgot about the part two that I'd promised.  So,cut the craps and just get to the topic straight away. You see,it is better you know how your body function. Rather than keep on wondering in night why you yourselve still awake. Melatonin,do bear in mind that it is permitted by darkness and that how it got its' name "the hormone of darkness". It is  light dependance so try to avoid any bright light. If you wanna use your laptop,make sure it's reduce to minimum brightness. We surely don't want to disrupt our melatonin cycle.


The darker,the better. 


But why people still getting insomnia even though everyone of us got melatonin released naturally in our body? There are two main reasons cause insomnia : Stress or pain. When you're under stress,people tends to keep thinking about stuffs and even bring them up to bed. This is a NONONO thing to do. Remember,if there's still something in your mind,it's certainly you're not under relaxing condition. And yes pain,or your might call physical hurt/discomfort,will keep people awake in night. These two conditions cause insomnia because stress hormone will be sky-high. Harder to unwind yourself and relax.

Avoid taking melatonin suplementss as it will bring some minor side effects. As time goes on, your body will tend to depend on these supplements too much. Disruption in naturally release of sleep hormone will happen,definitely.


Sleep whenever,wherever,whatever.

So,to sleep well? Only one thing to do,clear your mind and stay positive. Since you already know how your body functioning,what you still worry about? It's easy to say "clear your mind", but it really do takes time to letting all those stuffs aside when you go to bed. Try to do something you like before going to bed. Something can really gain your attention and relaxing. Some take sleeping as a task to be complete, I would like to take it as a most wonderful process I'd ever had in my whole day. But yet,I am still learning.

Time to go to bed for me! And remember to go to bed every night at a fixed time. It means standardising la. And don't fix at 3am peeps. Goodnight and sleep real tight. >.<

hindi exam.

Gonna sit for hindi paper in three hours time. I have certainly no idea what is coming out and what can I do is just memorise all those weird symbols.


How I wish my paper is as easy as this. D:

This is a random post. just to shoutout what is in my stuffed mind. Wish me luck,I need tonnes of it. 



Sleep time. part 1

Sleep. Easily related to insomnia. Well,it turns out to be a phobia if you're sleepless and find yourself still awake in middle of the night. When you can't sleep,relax. People tends to do thing the opposite way,keep on adjusting sleeping position until you get sweaty. Or even worse,letting negative thoughts haunting himself. "owh I can't sleep again,this gonna bring me big trouble tomorrow." "how I'm gonna face all the incomplete tasks and hectic day tomorow? "

blah blah blah, why thinking about tomorrow while you're still here,today! Live in the moments,keep on worrying about tomorrow won't help anything,just to make thing worse. Sleeping should be a most delightful and relaxing moment  for one's. Take it easy,your mindset is very crucial here. Instead of rolling on bed,why don't grab a book to read? (p/s:other than revision books,please).



Cool yourself down,avoid any extreme noise or temperature, caffeine, nicotine and BRIGHT LIGHT. Caue these will reduce the amount of melatonin in your body. Fyi,melatonin is a sleeping hormone which will be released after sunset. The more melatonin,the faster to fall into unconsciousness,in the same word,the faster you asleep. So,we don't want to mess the release of melatonin.

Avoid any vigorous activity. A quality sleep time guarantee a quality lifestyle.

(The post is seperated into two chapters cause I know it'll be kinda boring to finish the whole article at once.)

What's come across your mind when you see this? Girl should be thinking "oh wow,great body. Attractive and fantastic." Guys " oh wow, great body. Attracive and fantastic. How I wish I own this body." Own? There are the hard way and easy way. Which will you choose? Well, sorry to say, the easy way is cropping your head and replace with this fella one. Now you wanna know the hard way? 

Hitting gym is never been a pleasure to us. Here comes the ugly truth, it will be a painful process and you must be able to endure the pain,and keep working out! Why? Some might ask I don't want to withstand all thosee pain,but I still want a great body,with astounding abs. To built muscles,it is all about breaking your muscle fibre. A saying really implies on this situation "no pain,no gain." The more you break,the more you feel the pain,the more muscles you're builiding. 

Then how do people endure the pain all the way until they get in shape? Motivation is the key. Find yourself a motivation. For instane, boost your self-esteem. "I don't want to look weak when among the crowd." "I wanna be able to protect myself,and my loved one." "I wanna be healthy,and in shape too." Somehow,you ought to find your own motivation,and this SHOULD motivate you all the time. When we're talking about mental preparation,perseverance is one of the must. If you can go through all this physical pain,I believe you're ready to face all the troubles and stress in your life. 

It's not like if you got more motivation,the heavier weight you can do. Not more than three motivation I suggest,just to keep yourself focus. 


Or this might as well,give you some motivation or wake you up.

First of all, I wouldn't say that I'm new to all this blogging stuff. Once,I was kind of person who updated blog every single day. But somehow I just didn't get used to the fact that, I AM actually telling people all about my lifestyle,my dirty little secrets and etc. There's a privacy setting,and I do know that I can choose my viewer. Just not kind of person who love to share all my things with people,esp to people I do not know well. Kinda like to keep my own bussiness,in my own secure perimeter. The reason I start back blogging is because I wanna blog about health,fitness and anything that will improve our life's quality. Anything,it includes diet,sports,lifestyle,leisure and sex life as well. BUT,it will based on my own opinion. You might voice out if you got any better idea than I am.
