Sleep time. part 1

Sleep. Easily related to insomnia. Well,it turns out to be a phobia if you're sleepless and find yourself still awake in middle of the night. When you can't sleep,relax. People tends to do thing the opposite way,keep on adjusting sleeping position until you get sweaty. Or even worse,letting negative thoughts haunting himself. "owh I can't sleep again,this gonna bring me big trouble tomorrow." "how I'm gonna face all the incomplete tasks and hectic day tomorow? "

blah blah blah, why thinking about tomorrow while you're still here,today! Live in the moments,keep on worrying about tomorrow won't help anything,just to make thing worse. Sleeping should be a most delightful and relaxing moment  for one's. Take it easy,your mindset is very crucial here. Instead of rolling on bed,why don't grab a book to read? (p/s:other than revision books,please).



Cool yourself down,avoid any extreme noise or temperature, caffeine, nicotine and BRIGHT LIGHT. Caue these will reduce the amount of melatonin in your body. Fyi,melatonin is a sleeping hormone which will be released after sunset. The more melatonin,the faster to fall into unconsciousness,in the same word,the faster you asleep. So,we don't want to mess the release of melatonin.

Avoid any vigorous activity. A quality sleep time guarantee a quality lifestyle.
